  • Irrigation for the garden uses ground water from a borehole. All rain falling on the building is collected and stored in the borehole. This is topped up during dry periods by water from the island's desalination plant. Water for the pool also comes from the desalination plant.
  • The building is fully insulated which greatly reduces the need for air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter.
  • Solar collectors are used to heat water for the kitchen and bathing and for the pool.

Within the building there are four large luxury suites each comfortably sleeping 4-6 people. Each suite is self contained and consists of two twin bedrooms, spacious lounge, dining room and fitted kitchen. All rooms are fully equipped with top quality furnishings throughout.

The suites are designed to a contemporary style and are ideal for families looking for a relaxing holiday. The house has its own swimming pool and is surrounded by sizeable gardens and lawns for your enjoyment. The charming and caring owners, Kalliopi and Albert, meticulously maintain the property to the highest standards.

One Plantation is located in the south west of the beautiful island of Cyprus. In the central coastal region between Lemesos and Pafos, a rural area just outside the village of Prastio. This area commands some of the most outstanding countryside, mountain and sea views in Cyprus.

All suites have eye-catching views of the mountains and the Mediterranean sea.
